Running in binbags

Angry Regular 88 posts	Sunday 11th May 2003 at 18:50 in lamons terms, when you get hot your body uses calories trying to cool you down, also your body burns calories when you are hot, the bin bags speed up the heat up the body process, and in turn burn calories. its also excellent for cutting water weight. but dont do it unless you have to it isnt a fun thing, try jogging 20 minis away from your house and then jog back should take u 20 mins to get back. reasonable pace "Bad weather all the time" "Bad weather all the time"
