Wednesday 6th April 2005 at 10:50 You should have done a bit of exercise yesterday, maybe a light swim or something. I always find that at least puts off the stiffness (no jokes please) for a while, and you'd probably have been OK to train tonight. But still pretty sore. DEFEATED IN AL |

Thursday 7th April 2005 at 08:06 Its in Cromwell Street Widnes. they do Muay Thai and BJJ think for about £80 (i think could be more or less..) a month thats 7 days a week. Your boxing will help with the Muay Thai. Where about are you from? ______________________________ |
