Thursday 11th May 2006 at 06:17 I take submission wrestling along with ju jitsu and i would like to know what is the difference between the 2. The only difference i've noticed so far is that in sub wrestling there is no gi. other than that we work alot on groundwork and staying in our guard, submission, grappling, take downs, etc, in both classes. Maybe my sub wrestling class and ju jitsu are so similar since the same person teaches the class. When life gives you lemonades |
