Hi, sorry about this but I have been really confused with these techniques for Junior Brown/White belt:
-Upward Kick to Kneecap using Heel
-Side Kick to Kneecap using side of Foot
-Snap Kicks
I know they're so simple but I get them mixed up.
This is how I think you do them:
Upward Kick to Kneecap using Heel
Left inside forearm block, grab bicep, front snap kick with left foot (heel) left knee followed by right.
Left inside forearm block, front snap kick with right foot to heels (right knee and left knee).
-Side Kick to Kneecap using side of Foot
Left inside forearm block, turn your left foot clockwise and kick to their left knee cap with heel followed by right.
Left inside forearm block, turn your right foot anti clockwise and kick with heel to right and left kneecaps.
-Snap Kicks
Left inside forearm block, bring your left leg up and snap kick. Cross block with right arm and snap kick with right leg.
Is that correct? Which techniques do you cross block? And which foot do you use first etc.?
Thank you very very much!! =D
