Friday 17th August 2007 at 10:03 I'm wondering, does BJJ focus solely upon ground work? Because, looking through what yo guys have been talking about you don't mention any throws. |

Sunday 19th August 2007 at 15:43 Hello Ippon, small world it is but chekout Monash University Jiu Jitsu and Judo club. I trained there about a year ago. I think they have website. Also the Western Judo Academy in Essendon run a few classes a week. Work hard, train hard, play hard. |
