I heard that the book "Passing the Guard" was good to learn some things from, but its hard to find. What do you all think and what do you recommend to a beginner. I've only been training a month. Thanks, bjjmama

i dont see books being all that helpfull, if you interpret an instruction wrong your only going to be practicing the wrong thing.
