Wednesday 9th April 2008 at 19:05 I've got about five white belts sitting in their unopened packets. I'll hand them to sensei, but I don't know how much use they'll be. What does everyone do with their old belts, keep them in case you start a new art? |

Thursday 10th April 2008 at 16:23 well, i started my jujitsu class on tuesday and dislocated my soulder just grappling.... it has happened twice before, i should of done more exercise to strengthen my shoulder huh.... your greatest enemy will always be, YOURSELF |
