Wednesday 9th July 2008 at 02:56 My favourite stretch is the easiest. Lay on your back with your butt against the wall. Now put your legs up on the wall and just let them rest there. Do it while watching TV. After half an hour you will notice that you have received an incredible stretch. It's gradual so it doesn't hurt or damage anything. Blue Belt - Gracie JJ |
