Friday 12th December 2008 at 01:54 Alright, I'm 15, Sophomore in Highschool. I started jujitsu 2 weeks ago. I'm 5"8. I weight 110. I'm going to start BJJ soon to go along with my jujitsu. I want to get bigger, But transform my body into a fighter type body. What things do I need to do to achieve this. and what exercises do I need to do, and also what muscles do I need to focus on. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. |

Friday 12th December 2008 at 15:02 Hi, I'm 6'3 and 256lbs. At your age, there should be plenty of testostrone running around crazy in your body that you don't need to take suppliments. Men my age turn to illegal drugs to get the effects you'll be able to get. |
