Tuesday 2nd March 2010 at 09:41 last night was my first introduction to ju jitsu , and i have to say i thoroughly enjoyed it , the trainer was a very patient man , and went through it really slow then showed us on another of his helpers so we could see how it was done , then he invited us to try it on him so we got a feel for it , looking forward to the next session , i think im hooked already !!! |
