This choke is used when your opponent is attempting a naked strangle or pushing on your chest.
Take both hands to the left of your opponents right arm.
Thrust your arms across your body to push your opponents hands off your chest.
Take your right arm round the front of your opponents neck, your elbow should ideally be in front of their adams apple.
Hold your right wrist with your left hand.
Pull your right arm in with your left hand to crush your opponents neck.
