This technique is used against a straight punch.
As your attacker strikes, step forward and to the right with your left foot and block the punch with a basic inside forearm block.
Strike with a right-handed backfist to the right of your attacker.
Slide your right hand across your attackers chest and place it under their left armpit.
Twist anti-clockwise on your left foot and place your right foot to the right of your attackers foot. Now go down on your left knee as shown.
Finish the throw by twisting your body anti-clockwise pulling your attacker forwards.
