This throw is used against an upper-cut punch.
When your attacker throws the punch, block it with a left-handed downward block.
Grab your attackers right wrist and thrust it to the right across their body.
Twist clockwise on your left foot and place your right hand on the ground. Take your right leg so that it is laid behind your attackers legs.
Bring your left leg up and strike your attacker in the stomach to sweep them backwards.
You can now finish with a strike.
