This technique is used against a straight punch.
As your attacker throws the strike, spin clockwise on your left foot and cup your attackers right wrist with your left hand.
Now grab your attackers wrist with your right hand for a solid grip.
Twist anti-clockwise on your left foot so you are in the position shown.
Continue twisting and go down on your left knee to throw your attacker to the ground.
Place your right knee on your attackers right bicep and come up on your left foot. Now force your attackers palm down to the floor.
