Monday 9th May 2005 at 20:11 I was checking out some fighters profiles the other day and I notcied that Bas Rutten has won a match via submission (body crunch) and Rodrigo Nogueira has won a match via anaconda choke! What the hell is a body crunch and anaconda choke? anyone know? |

Tuesday 17th May 2005 at 19:54 I think I can see what it is, but how the hell do you pull that off?!?!?!?! A normal triangle is hard enough to get a tap straight away. The Admin Guy |

Tuesday 17th May 2005 at 22:19 it becomes obvious when you do it! and its easier to catch cos you can catch it when you sprawl as a defence to their shoot "no weapon formed against me shall prosper" |

Wednesday 18th May 2005 at 16:59 Is there a similar one but done on the kneck? I seem to remember something like this being applied to my very own kneck.....:-p ______________________________ |

Wednesday 18th May 2005 at 18:36 Surely your legs are stronger than your arms, so a standard triangle would be easier to get a tap, but my point is, even a normal triangle is tricky to get a quick tap, so surely this thing would take even longer. The Admin Guy |

Thursday 19th May 2005 at 16:44 Hi trevek, I think most of our weapon drills came from Mike Gray, JKD, he's a good egg. I'd like to do more traditional weapons stuff like chucks and Bo/Jo staff at some point too. |
