Ju jitsu must be the best martal art around.But there is sumthing missing. I beleve that the anly way to improve your self in martal arts is to sppar. because there is no spparing in my form of Ju jitsu I took up Tea Kwan Do. I dont belleve boxing to be a good form of self deffence because you are not using your full body

Thankyou for the information on the site. My grading is in three weeks and i was struggling with the technique for one of the standing arm locks(we call it the falcon lock) and i understand what i was doing wrong! Hopefully this will help me complete my grading successfully. Now how do i escape kesa gatame . . . . . . . .
