Ian Thomas (Judo (British Judo Association), 1st Dan)

An interesting site.

I have taken up Ju-Jitsu at the age of 53 as full competition Judo tournaments and training is placing too heavy a load upon my body and progressing to 2nd Dan would probably result in long term injury.

I have been doing Ju-Jitsu for 2 months and find it bends perfectly with my existing Judo expertise and some knowledge of Aikido, Karate, Boxing and street self defence.

The technique section is particularly useful as broad reference for my first Ju-Jitsu grsding.

Conratulations on a good site.
